First let me take the time to say Happy Veteran's Day to all the brave men and women who have served our country past and present. I have many former students who are serving now and I am so proud of and thankful for their service.
I got this fantastic clock a few year ago at T.J.Maxx. It was in the clearance section and I got it so cheap. I originally bought it for my Hubby's bathroom when we lived in the townhouse. Now we share a bathroom in this house and this clock over the tub.
This is going to sound crazy, but I hate, and I mean really extra hate the sound of a clock ticking. So I ripped the batteries out because I could hear it ticking when I was trying to fall asleep. It has been hanging there for 4 years only being right twice a day. It might go find a new home somewhere else in the house when we finally paint the bathroom. Somewhere where it can tick as much as it wants and I can't hear it. I can't be the only one who is crazy like that right?
This weekend I am living one of my dreams and taking a glass blowing class. Hubby found a groupon for a glass blowing studio nearby and got it for me. I think I get to make either an orb or an ornament. I don't really care what I make I am just so excited to be able to go do it. I took a glass bead making class a few years ago and it was so fun and the beads I made are one of a kind and so pretty. I also get to meet up with a long time friend and meet her new little girl. I am so excited about this weekend!! I hope you have a happy weekend too :)

How neat is that clock! xo
You must post about your experience in the class. I have always wanted to take a glass blowing class after seeing Sweet Home Alabama :)
