Dark Chocolate Chip M&M cookies

I heart cookies :)

I got this fabulous gift from my fabulous friend, A.  
I love, I mean really love M&Ms and we all know how much I love orange.  

I didn't just want to stick my face in the jar and inhale them all at once.  
So I made some cookies.

I used my mom's super secret chocolate chip recipe. You know, the one on the back of the Nestle Toll House bag :) I made one change.  I added 1 cup of dark chocolate chips and 1 cup of M&Ms to the cookie dough.  Also, I always refrigerate my cookie dough for an hour or so before baking.  

After I scooped them with my cookie scoop, I pressed 3 M&Ms into the top before baking them.  I baked according to the recipe.
